I’ll get right to the point. I support myself exclusively with some facet of real estate. But I started out as a mechanic with less than $1000 in my bank account. That was over 20 years ago. Over the years, I have owned apartment buildings, trailer parks, single family homes, rooming houses, a camp ground, condos, and numerous mobile homes. I’ve taken many real estate courses, read books, and attended seminars. I’ve also learned from my mistakes and the mistakes of others. My goal was always to support myself through residual income. Which, by the way, I achieved in the first year! Real estate has allowed me to work when I want. I’ve taken months off for volunteer work and returned making the same income. More than half my time is currently spent in some sort of volunteer work. I have always enjoyed helping others with their real estate ventures. Whether it was to buy their first house to live in or to buy their first apartment building or trailer park. I’ve also helped many in the construction and rehab business. My 2 sons work with me. They both attended vocational high schools where they learned trades that assist them in the business . I have been happily married for 33 years. I have put together this website to expand my reach and help others I can’t see face to face. I would interested to see if I can help you. I welcome your questions and input. |
